Woodstock and Holcroft costs were about the same.
For a week, the total Tech student body paid about $1,125 for room rent, and about
$3,000 for board. For a year, the room rent for the student body amounted to about $32,000,
and their board figure about $96,000. Maintenance costs totaled about $160,000; books and
instruments roughly $25,000; recreation cost about $9,000. All together, Clarkson students
departed each June with approximately $320,000 less than they arrived with in September.
